The Seneca Nation of Indians (New York) Territory Allegany hosts many local and online retailers, or so called e-tailers. The Seneca Nation has very strict import and export laws when it comes to cigarettes, tobacco and petroleum products, e.g. all cigarettes that are exported must be taxed to the Seneca Nation, you can verify this by a Tax Seal on every pack of cigarettes.
Over the years the amount of discount cigarette shops that the Seneca's have set up has grown
quite a bit, the online portion was at its highest between 2000 and 2005. Then as
New York state started wasting an insane amount of tax payers money on indirect measures
to shut down this business, it has declined somewhat.
But still there are quite a few left, you can still buy Seneca Cigarettes and many other brands onine,
but keep in mind that you need to check your state's laws and regulation about use-tax or similar that
you need to pay, since business conducted by Seneca's on Seneca soverign land can not be tax collectors
for other states, following Seneca Nation laws and US Treaties.
There are several Tobacco manufacturers located right on the Seneca Territories, one of them being Heron. They are all considered Native brands, and carry their own grading, although most brands claim they are Premium Indian cigarettes.
